TYPES:

Private Tuition

Private tuition provides 60 minute sessions one-on-one with one of our Love2Learn Tutors and 1 student at a time.

Group Tuition

Group tuition provides 60 minute sessions with one of our Love2Learn Tutors and a maximum of 3-4 Children at a time.

Sibling Tuition

Sibling tuition provides 60 minute sessions with one of our Love2Learn Tutors and a maximum of 2 siblings at a time.

PRICING:

Primary School

$120 - Private lesson

$70 - Small Group Lesson (Up to 5 students)

$80 - Sibling lesson (price per student)

$55 - School Readiness Lesson 

High School Years 7 - 10

$130 - Private Lesson

$75 - Small Group Lesson (Up to 4 students)

High School Years 11 - 12

$150 - Private Lesson

$90 - Small Group Lesson (Up to 3 students)

All tuition fees are to be paid via direct debit. Direct debit payments securely occur from either your nominated debit/credit card or bank account. We offer the following 2 direct debit schedules:

Full Term

The total tuition fee for the whole term is debited in one payment. This is a great option if you wish to pay upfront and not have to worry about payments throughout the term.

Fortnightly

Depending on how may weeks per school term, fortnightly debits have 4-6 instalments per term. Fees are debited a week in advance for the next upcoming 2 weeks. Therefore your account is always paid in advance by 2 weeks. This is a great pay as you go option.

Unpaid Fees

Love2Learn has a zero policy for unpaid fees. Tuition fees must be paid prior to your scheduled session. If your fees remain unpaid, your tutoring session will be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your session start time. We will still require payment for the cancelled session.

If you do pay cash or via direct deposit, funds will need to be cleared in our account at the beginning of the first session of each term to avoid administration late fees starting from $25.

Love2Learn Tutoring and Early Learning have a very organised and strict timetable that we oblige by each term and so it is because of this that all students enrolled for the term are expected to complete the duration of the full term.

Although our expectation is that student’s do attend for the full term, we are also understanding that unexpected situations may arise and/or tuition may not be suitable to your child therefore we simply ask that 2 weeks notice is provided in writing should you wish to cancel your enrolment.

This 2 week notice period commences from the date and time your cancellation for has been received by Love2Learn. You will be charged for the tutoring session(s) that occur during this 2 week notice period and of course your Child is most welcome to attend their sessions during the notice period.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise from time to time and therefore your Child may be absent from a tutoring session. Therefore we have the following policies in place to handle absences and makeup sessions.

Group Sessions:

Absences that are eligible for a make-up session must meet BOTH items in the following criteria:

• 24hrs notice before tuition starts time
• Due to illness or unreasonable circumstances

All students will be allocated one make-up session per term, which will run on your choice of Monday at 5:30 pm in Gregory Hills or Wednesday at 5:30 pm in Camden during the term. You will not be eligible for another makeup session if you cannot attend your confirmed makeup session scheduled via our online booking system. If you have booked a makeup session and miss this session, your makeup session will be forfeited. Please note makeup sessions cannot be carried over to the next term.

Important Reminder: We cannot guarantee that your child will be with the same students and tutor for this makeup session, and the classes will be grade mixed. Each student will be given an appropriate booklet and activities appropriate to their year group for this session.

Please note: If the absence is due to Love2Learn (i.e. tutor is absent), your session can be credited. This credit is not refundable and can only be applied to future fees. This credit can be refunded at the end of the Term if not used on a makeup session.

1:1 Private & Sibling Sessions

Absences that are eligible for a make-up session must meet BOTH items in the following criteria:

• 24hrs notice before tuition starts time
• Due to illness or unreasonable circumstances

All students will be allocated one make-up session per term, which our admin team will organise to suit your availability. You will not be eligible for another makeup session if you cannot attend your confirmed makeup session. If attempts have been made to organise a makeup session, your makeup session will be forfeited. Just so you know, makeup sessions cannot be carried over to the next term.

Important Reminder: Whilst we try our best to place our students with their usual tutor for their makeup session, due to availability, we cannot guarantee that your child will have their usual weekly tutor. We ensure that their usual tutor passes on notes to the tutor covering the session for a productive lesson.

If the absence is due to Love2Learn (i.e. tutor is absent), your session can be credited. This credit is not refundable and can only be applied to future fees. All Parents are responsible for the safe drop off and pick up of their Children before and after their sessions. For the safety of the Children, we require a parent or guardian (must be listed on the authorised person for pick up) to come and collect the Child from our waiting area.

When you collect your Child, please notify our receptionist upon departure.

If you would like to authorise your Child/Children to come and meet you downstairs on their own, please give permission.

Photo Waiver/Social Media Policy

This policy gives permission for the Love2Learn staff members to take photos of students in their lessons, of their achievements and with staff for the purpose of social media and website content.

All photos taken will not include students full names and if the student is wearing their school uniform this will not be included for safety purposes.

For the safety of our staff, parents and students we have installed CCTV cameras in our centres. Footage will only be viewed when necessary and will be deleted after 30 days.
