Big School Preparation
Helping build the foundations needed prior to starting kindergarten, Love2Learn's School Readiness Program is a fantastic and innovative program offered each term in preparation for the lead-up to starting Kindergarten.
Our School Readiness Program aims to support the development of confidence and independence for our young learners in their early stages of development. We help build the foundations for the young to learn before kindergarten. We welcome 3.5-5 year old students and organise groups based on when they’re starting Kindergarten.
- Recognise and name numbers
- Count forwards and backwards
- Explore early addition and subtraction
- Identify letters and their sounds
- Recognise and write their name
- Develop pencil grip and hand–eye coordination
- Build fine motor skills (cutting, tracing, drawing)
- Follow instructions and routines
- Take turns, share, and play with others
- Ask for help with confidence
- Listen, focus, and complete tasks
- Make friends and build social skills
- $60.00 per lesson
- Lesson duration: 1.5-2 hours depending on group size
Please Note: Each enrolment is for the duration of the full term. As the School Readiness Program is structured to be progressive with its content, it is important for a full term attendance for the program to be most effective for your child's big school preparation.
Our L2L School Readiness Program uses a range of curriculum aligned resources to help children be introduced to content areas that will be taught throughout their first year of school.

Children are grouped based on when they’re starting school, so every little learner gets the support they need to shine. Classes have a maximum of 10 students allowing them to receive small group support and attention.
